It is the MD, VA, or DC area. The class that MD courts referred cost $200. That is a lot of money for folks that are unemployed.

The courts should have provided contact information. Get in touch with either your lawyer or case worker and ask them. You didn’t state what metro area you are in. I’m sure you can good your county and anger management class and find something.
