What is the best way to relive anger non violent and besides anger management?

I need help, i have some anger problems and I came up with one idea to relive it, is to exersize. But I can’t think of any more ideas if anyone can please help me answer me.

It’s good to start when you realize you have a problem so good for you for seeing it. I would say that exercise is the best thing to blow off steam for people of all ages so your on the right track.
Don’t get discouraged, it’s not something that will happen right away. If you aren’t able to find a means to managing your anger you may want to have your doctor check your hormone levels but I would not do this until you have given it an honest effort to figure out what works for you. To many people these days go running to thier doctors for a pill that will fix everything from depression to obesity. Exercise in most cases can show a huge improvement in many of these issues.
