What are some good anger management techniques?

I think I have anger issues, although everyone around me thinks I’m the sweetest person in the world. Apparently though, it was the reason for my last breakup and job loss.

This is very difficult to do on your own. You need the help of a psychologist/psychiatrist to identify why you think your way is better than anyone elses and why you cannot accept other people’s opinions without getting angry. There may be a whole lot of issues under the surface that you are unable to identify yourself. If you cannot identify them, you cannot fix them and move on. You have taken a very positive first step in recognizing that you need some help. Now, go get it. You will have a happier life when you get this under control.

Empathy for others or yourself. Vanity is my favorite sin. Remember everything is man-made; thus make-believe. Kingdom of sand and stone. Crowns made of plastic and so-forth.

Gold is just a stone. The Bible just a book.

Here two of my favorite jokes, enjoy and have a nice day.

Einstein: “Honey, I’ve discovered two things, one you will like, another you will like not so much.
1. “Humanity is pure perfection.”
2. “Perfection does not exist.”
-Joke by- Exousia Skotos

Hitler: Honey, I found a solution to life’s imperfection.
1. We’ll kill everyone who isn’t white and send them to God.
2. Thus, creating two worlds of perfection. (His and Mine)

I know some people say that you need a psycologist or a counselor, but you really don’t. I have anger issues myself, and, I gotta tell ya, they usually make it worse. Best things to do: take a deep breath, go somewhere by yourself to cool off and relax, or just vent to a friend. Believe me, these tips work. I should know becaus I use them quite a bit myself.

Just say “Serenity now!” and you’ll feel fine,it’s from Seinfeld…I’m joking that doesn’t actually help. I’ve heard that counting slowly to 10 while you breath deeply helps calm your down. Also whenever you feel your rage building make an effort to look at the situtation in a coldly logical manor (that usually helps me.
