Try seeing a psychologist, or even a psychiatrist.
Sometimes anger management problems are just a symptom of an underlying chemical cause that can be treated with medication, or with therapy.
Taking a break and asking yourself why you feel angered at the actions of other people who you can&#039;t control might be something worth doing.
As both someone with a degree in psychology and who has in the past suffered from chronic and acute stress that have lead to a lot of anger, I think that understanding of your own motivations behind feeliing angry can be useful. Even more than that, just learning how to control it. If you feel as though you&#039;re going to explode at someone, remove yourself from the situation and try to cool down a bit.</description>

Exercise can help it releases stress. I was watching a show on tv today about the emotions and the brain, it was about happiness and it happend to say that people who are angry or stressed a lot will do better at dealing with those issues if they meditate. 

I meditate and believe me 10 to 15 minutes per day to start is enough and work up to an hour and you may find not only do you calm down a lot, but you&#039;ll sleep better and also writing down what&#039;s going on in your head and keeping a journal of what triggers these episodes of anger may help as well. 

See if your local area Government sponsored Mental Health clinic might have some groups you can attend, similar to the idea of AA but it is for anger issues.</description>

If you want to punch a hole in the wall or in someone&#039;s face, just run the scenario through your mind right before you do it and ask yourself if it is worth it.  I&#039;m ganna have to pay for the wall, or doctor bills or apologize terribly for hurting someone&#039;s feelings. Think about your health.  You&#039;ve got to keep emotions under control because alot of anger can have bad effects on the heart.  Also, excercise really helps stress.  I have taken off on a speed walk.  I felt ridiculous because I was walking with all my heart and soul, and I know it sounds ridiculous.  But, after a few minutes I had burned off some of that destructive energy.  Good luck.</description>
