So i’m looking for some help in locating good books or an online course that I could use to help my friend with their anger issue. Does anyone know of anything suitable ?

Thanks in advance for all answers.

your friend may have issues which is getting him into this anger state. this could be a distorted form of thinking of unfairness towards him or he is not being well appreciated for his hardwork somewhere. that is to say, there may be something causing this anger. i believe the problem is more intense but he is just takng it out on others by being angry. help him solve the core of the problem and he will be fine

Is your friend unable to attend or won’t attend (denial /fear).
Not knowing the extent of you friend’s issue(s) as to what might set him off and how angry he may become, I don’t think your becoming a book councilor is such good idea and could further damage your relationship. What you might do is talk with an anger management councilor yourself.
They would give you the best suggestions as to how to go about helping your friend.
My Grandfather once told me “You can’t learn to drive a car reading a book”.
You are a very good friend and he needs you!

If you friend is really ready to do something about it, they will be the one asking the questions you are.

If your friend was ordered by the Court to attend anger management, your friend had best do exactly that. If the Court told your friend he has to go, he really has to go. If your friend does not do what the Court says to do, your friend will go to jail. Tell your friend that attending these meetings is very important for his entire welfare and the for the safety of others.
