Any time will do to start with
i find it hard to think of a specific time i got really angry which was the worst i felt. I blow my lid sporadically though. Is it possible to imagine myself really angry or i time i was angry but not the first time and just tap that away? Same problem with Self acceptance. Can i just think of my inadequate feelings and tap it away?
